Willys At the Punpkin Run

The Pumpkin Run Nationals seems to be the only place where you can see a number of great old Willys automobiles on display. In fact, this year's raffle grand prize was a 1940s Willys Coupe. How cool is that. (Nope, I didn't win.)

Rat Rods At the Pumpkin Run

There are always tons of custom machines on display at the Annual Pumpkin Run Nationals. I find that I'm always drawn to those that are less than perfect, the ones with their own unique aesthetic. That's right, I'm talking about rat rods. Here are some of the unique machines that were on hand this year.

Studebakers At the Pumpkin Run

I found a clump of Studebakers sitting close to each other at this year's Pumpkin Run Nationals and thought I'd just make them one dedicated post. There were more sprinkled throughout the Clermont County Fairgrounds but I just decided to group these guys together for you fans of the South Bend automobiles.

Another Week At the Pumpkin Run

Let's kick off our second week at the 40th Annual Pumpkin Run Nationals with more of the random cars I shot in the infield. Among the cars that were on display was a Mercury 110, a 1940 Chevrolet Coupe, a Fiat Spyder, some Mo-Par muscle from Dodge and Plymouth, an old Dodge Wayfarer, a Dart Swinger, and a Mustang.

Ending the Week at the Pumpkin Run Nationals

Let's close out the week and celebrate Christmas with more random shots from the infield at the 40th Annual Pumpkin Run Nationals. Starting with a beautiful C 3 Corvette that was among the cars on the lawn. Also on the grass was a great looking Caddy, a Dodge Coronet, a pair of Super Bees, a fabulously finned Plymouth, a Thunderbird, a 1966 Dodge Dart and a sweet looking Riviera.

A Car Show and Then Some

The Pumpkin Run Nationals is a huge show but there are a lot more than just the cars around the Clermont County Fairgrounds that draws thousands of folks in. In addition to the three day car show, there is a huge swap meet, live music and DJs, all kinds of food that benefits charity, the usual split the pot and other raffles, including this year's grand prize of a 1940 Willys Coupe.

Oh, yes, there are cars. Among the cars on display this year was a bunch of MoPar muscle including a Satellite and a GTX. In addition there were some Chevys on the lawn such as a cool Impala and a couple of Super Sports along with a nice looking Corvair.
