Open American Collector Cars at Keeneland
The 14th Annual Keeneland Concours d'Elegance featured a class of Collector American convertibles from 1947-1975 which included some amazing automobiles. One was a 1965 Pontiac Bonneville, a family car with a 389 cubic inch V8 engine.
Also in the field was a 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air which was one of only 86 that sported fuel injection. A 1957 Cadillac El Ddorado Biarritz was also in this class along with a 1961 Oldsmobile Starfire 98, a 1958 De Soto Firedome, a 1963 Ford Thunderbird, a 1953 Buick Special, and the Best in Class winning 1957 Dual-Ghia which was number five of 99 that were built.
