Back To Newport

 

On a near perfect autumn day the Wheels Back On Monmouth car show held by the Newport Police Department lined that city's main street with close to 300 cars. Eight full blocks and even some side streets were filled with cars and trucks all helping to raise money for the department's numerous National Night Out programs. Among the cars on display was a 1969 Shelby GT500, a Cadillac Calais, a Chevy Monte Carlo, a 1950 restomod Mercury coupe, a Checker cab, and a Chevy Chevelle.
