More 60s Cars From Glendale

The Glendale Gathering Historic and Collector Vehicles Show is one of the most well respected shows in the region due to the quality of vehicles it attracts. Yesterday I posted some of the cars from the 1960s and today I'll post the rest of that ear that was in attendance. Those include an Oldsmobile 442, a 1968 Ford Mustang GT, a 1965 Mercury Comet, a 1963 Chevy, a  couple Malibus, a Nova, and a 1968 Shelby Cobra.
 

60s Cars At Glendale

The Glendale Gathering Historic and Collector Vehicles Show held at historic Village Square always offers up some fabulous automobiles. Today and tomorrow I'll be posting pictures of those from the 1960s including a 1967 Oldsmobile Starfire, an actual 1960 GM bus that was in use for a couple of decades, an Olds Dynamic 88, a Chevy Corvair, a 427 Cobra replica, a 1969 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am, and a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro RS.
 

50s Cars At Glendale

The Glendale Gathering Historic and Collector Vehicles Show is something of a mini concours. It attracts a good number of cars but all are of supurb quality, many have even competed in concours events. One of the brilliant things the organizers of this event do is to group the cars in what could be seen as classes.

To kick off my coverage of this event I have a group of cars that at least started life in the 1950s, including a 1954 Hudson Hornet Coupe, three customized hot rods, a first and second generation Thunderbird, and a 1957 Chevy Handyman.
