Dodging Some Darts At the Pumpkin Run

Most open car shows around the country tend to have more Ford and GM, particularly Chevy, products on display. The Annual Pumpkin Run Nationals, though, always brings together one of the largest collections of MoPar machines any fan could want to see. This past year's event brought us plenty of Dodge Darts. Here are just a few of them.

Volkswagens At the Pumpkin Run

While the vast majority of the cars that attend the Annual Pumpkin Run Nationals come from the Big Three auto makers, there are always a few smaller independent makes as well as some foreigners. One group that always seems to have a good show comes from Germany, the Volkswagen. This past year's Run was no different as quite a few of these German "People's Cars" rolled onto the fair grounds. Here are just a few.

MoPar At the Pumpkin Run

The 44th Annual Pumpkin Run Nationals brought over 2500 cars onto the field at the Clermont County Fair Grounds this past October. Among them were a very large number of MoPar beauties. Included in this group was a Plymouth Satellite, a 1974 Road Runner, a Fury, a rarely seen four door (suicide doors) Plymouth, a first generation Barracuda, a Dodge Dart, a 383 Road Runner, and a 1966 Charger. Vettes At the Pumpkin Run

Obviously one of the largest collections of cars to attend a huge open show such as the 44th Annual Pumpkin Run Nationals is made up of Chevy Corvettes. The Vette is a symbol and mainstay of car shows around the country. There were plenty of fantastic examples on display. Take a look at this collection and let me know which one you like best. The 44th Annual Pumpkin Run Nationals saw over 2500 cars roll onto the Clermont County Fair Grounds. All of the cars have to be 1974 models or older and that makes for some fantastic automobiles on display. Among this past season's group were some fabulous Cadillacs.
