More Variety At Urbancrest

With about 200 cars on display at the 9th Annual Urbancrest Car Show it's little wonder there was a huge variety of vehicles on display. Among them was this 1970 Plymouth Roadrunner, a Chevy Nova, a Camaro, an Impala, a 1953 Buick which was the first year with the famed "Nailhead" V8 engine, a 1972 Volkswagen Beetle, and a 1970 Chevelle.

Mustangs Went To Church

Urbancrest Baptist Church in Lebanon hosted its ninth annual car show and as could be expected there were a number of Ford Mustangs that were part of the nearly 200 cars that turned out. These powerful ponies ranged from a Fox body restomod and a late 20th century model to a 1967 convertible, a Mach 1, a Boss 302 and more. Enjoy you Mustang fans.

Urbancrest Sported Some Fine Customs and Rods

 The 9th Annual Urbancrest Car Show brought out a nice assortment of customs and street rods. Personally, I always have to admire the creativity and work that goes into these machines. These automotive artists start with an old Ford or Willys or even a newer Chevy Corvette and turn it into a completely new automobile.

 

Vintage Rides Were On Display At Urbancrest

 The 9th Annual Urbancrest Car Show brought out nearly 200 different classic and collector vehicles. A large number of pre-War vintage automobiles were on display among them. This included a 1929 Essex Super Six, a 1942 Ford, a Ford Tudor, a 1933 Ford, and a very rare 1932 Rockne which was an attempt by Studebaker to make an affordable economy car in the throes of the Great Depression.

Trucks Were On Display At Urbancrest

 With nearly 200 vehicles showing up at the 9th Annual Urbancrest Car Show, it's little wonder that a good percentage of them were trucks. There were plenty of those on hand including a very nice Chevy 10 pick up, a 1955 Ford F-100, a 1966 GMC, a Chevy Thriftmaster, a 1958 Chevy Apache, a newer Chevy 1500, and a 1954 Chevy 3100.

Ninth Annual Urbancrest Car Show

Held on a very hot, very bright summer day, the 9th Annual Urbancrest Car Show saw a huge turnout of about 200 cars and trucks. Among the cars on display was this beautiful, and bright, Buick Skylark. There was also a sweet 1966 Chevy II, a 1966 Ford Bronco, a sleek Chevelle SS 396, a 1969 Camaro Z/28, a 1981 Malibu, a rarely seen 1957 DeSoto Firedome, and proof that Chevy was making more than the Bel Air back in the mid-1950s, a 1956 Windsor hard top.

 

The Last From Blue Ash

 Today I'm posting the last photos I took from the 14th Annual City of Blue Ash and Untouchables Classic Car Club Classic Car Show. Among the cars that were on display for this year's event was a 1969 Chevy Chevelle 396 SS, a 1969 Camaro Super Sport, a 1965 Dodge Polara, a pre-war Dodge sedan, an El Camino, a Camaro Rally Sport, an Impala convertible, and a 1957 Ford Fairlane.
