When you go to a bunch of car shows you tend to run into some old friends along the way. That was the case here in Alexandria as I saw some very familiar faces and cars. On the other hand, going to a show that's a little off of my normal beaten path introduces me to some different cars and different folks who own them. I had some very nice conversations and saw some very cool cars that I hadn't seen before. That, if for no other reason, was worth showing up for.
