Like they did with Asian cars a number of years ago, the Cincinnati Concours d'Elegance became the first major concours to feature a class for tuners. In fact, they had two classes. The one featured today is for custom tuners and includes a 1989 Nissan Skyline R32 GT-S and a 1997 BMW M3 that won Best in Class.
In addition there were other Nissans, an Acura, a Mazda, a Subaru, and a Toyota, among others. All had been custom tuned for the highest performance.
