In addition to being the longest, continuously running concours event in America, the Cincinnati Concours d'Elegance was one of the first to recognize Asian automobiles. This year, in addition to its regular Asian class, the organizers had a special class for Asian Tuners. The group included a 1997 Acura NSX-T, a 1984 Toyota Corolla, a rarely seen in America 1989 Nissan Laurel, a 1992 Toyota Crown Royal Saloon, a 1989 Nissan Skyline GT-R, a 1989 Nissan Skyline R 32 GTS-T, and a 1994 Toyota Supra.
