Cadillac is one of the oldest automobile companies in America. Founded in 1902, only three other firms, including Oldsmobile, Buick, and Autocar Company, were ahead of them. It quickly established itself as one of, if not the, top luxury brand in the country. It was purchased by General Motors in 1909 but has maintained its luxury status throughout its history. Several exquisite examples were on hand for the 34th Annual Rollin' On the River Charity Car Show held in Fernbank Park, right on the Ohio River. Among them was a 1952 Series 62 as well as models from the 1960s and 1970s.
