Customs, hot rods, rat rods, whatever the classification have always fascinated me. A person will see a vehicle and think of ways to alter it, most likely in their opinion, make it better. Some modifications are fairly simple and maintain the basic integrity of the original car while others are so extreme that the person has basically created a brand-new vehicle. In any case, these modified marvels are often a large part of the classic and collector car community and will go to car events to show off their handiwork. Such was the case with the Headin' for the Hill Car Show in North College Hill. Among the 300 or so vehicles on hand were more than a few customs and rods.
