Most every car show is designed to raise money for one charity or another. The Cars and Courage Car Show donates proceeds to VFW Post 10390 in Green Township. Held on the campus of Diamond Oaks, part of the Great Oaks education system, this year's show had beautiful weather and attracted around 70 cars and trucks. Among the rids on hand was a 1968 Oldsmobile Delta Ninety Eight, a Chevrolet 3100 pick up truck, a 1966 Dodge Dart, a 1932 Ford hot rod made to look like Miller's from the movie American Graffiti, a Plymouth Barracuda (cue the song from Heart), and a Plymouth Satellite.
