There are any number of reasons for why a certain class at a concours event draws more or fewer cars. At this year's Dayton Concours d'Elegance the Contemporary American Class, those cars that hit the road between 1970 and 1980, the theme was quality over quantity. The cars being shown at Carillon Historic Par in this class were a 1973 Ford Mustang, a 1976 Cadillac El Dorado Convertible, and a 1979 Lincoln Continental Mark V.
