Cruisin' For the Cure Become a Major Event

In its short four year history the Lauren Hill's Cruisin' for the Cure event has become one of the area's more popular shows. Not only did nearly 200 cars show up for this year but the grounds of Coney Island were crowded with people who willingly donated in order to come and walk among the rolling works of art. Some of the cars on display that day included a Ford Mustang, a Plymouth Volare, a 1954 Chevy Bel Air, a 1967 Mustang convertible, a 1972 Chevelle SS, an Impala, a Nova, and a well worn Chevy pick up.
