Lauren's Fight for the Cure

A few years back a young student athlete made national news when she was diagnosed with a rare form of brain cancer. At the time, instead of giving up and waiting out her time in a hospital bed, she continued to battle the disease and did all that she could to bring awareness and raise funding to help support others who were afflicted. Lauren is gone but her cause lives on (http://www.laurensfightforcure.com/events.html). One major fundraiser is a now annual car show called Lauren Hill's Cruise for the Cure.

Among the nearly 200 cars that showed up for this year's event were a 1968 Dodge Coronet RT, a Chevy Bel Air convertible, a 1930 Ford Model A, a Starliner, a Mustang, a Nova, a 1974 Dodge Challenger, a Plymouth Barracuda, and a 1957 Ford Rancharo.
