Whenever a law enforcement officer falls in the line of duty a community generally grieves. When Sheriff's Detective Bill Brewer lost his life in the line of duty, the community came together to organize and support the First Annual Bill Brewer Memorial Car Show. With over 400 vehicles in attendance, the show was an absolute success. Included in the field were a pair of Mazda Miatas, a Chevy Chevelle SS, a Camaro, a Pontiac Trans Am, a Ford Mustang,and a 1970 Plymouth Barracuda.
