The Bethel Murdoch Car Show and Ice Cream Social is held at the namesake Presbyterian church. While the venue has a nice parking lot, the show itself is mostly held in the grassy and tree lined field behind it. This is perhaps one reason for the large draw this show experiences each year. And this perfect space brings out some great cars such as a 1957 Chevy Bel Air, a Willys Jeep, a sharp looking dune buggy made from a Volkswagen Beetle frame and drive train, another '57 Bel Air as well as a '56 model, a 1967 Pontiac GTO, and a C3 Corvette.
