Though the Wheels On Monmouth show was sort of put together at the last minute it still managed to do what it's predecessor had managed to accomplish for years and that is to take over the city of Newport. Newport is a small river city (to see more about this town and it's nefarious history just search through past years of this blog) filled with old style diners and restaurants and all kinds of quaint specialty shops. That at least is what's on its main street, Monmouth. And that is where the over 400 vehicles that turned up for this show parked. Among them was this incredible Cadillac Coupe de Ville. There was also a Chevy Monte Carlo, a Formual V8 Camaro, a 1966 Chevy II, a Caddy convertible, and a Dodge Charger R/T.
