Whether they're the great classics, ultimate collectors, overlooked and forgotten, or even brand new cars I want to talk about them. Feel free to leave a comment or, better yet, drop me an email at turnerbudds@yahoo.com.

A Great Show For a Great Cause
Regular followers of this blog are perhaps familiar with my discussions about the Shrine Hospitals. My father was a Shriner who helped create a unit of guys who drove the go carts in parades. Yes, that meant my brother and I had a cool Mustang bodied go cart at home. But beyond that my dad being in the Shrine also exposed us to the good work done at the Shrine Burn Institute in our city. So when I see a car show that is raising money for these hospitals I always try to support it. That is what the 39th Annual Mother's Day Car Show was doing, raising money to support the Shrine Hospitals across the country. Sponsored by the Middletown Chapter of the Antioch Shrine the show brought in around 200 vehicles all with the attitude of raising money for this charity. Among those on hand was a 1970 Dodge Charger, a Chevy 10 pickup, a Plymouth sedan, a Monte Carlo, an Impala, a well used Chevy 6500 flat bed, a restomod Ford pick up, and a 1951 Chevy 3100 truck.
