Drawing nearly 100 vehicles, the Super 60s Car Show is far from being one of the area's larger events. While the show manages to attract many of the usual car show staples it also sees a number of rarely seen cars show up. For example, here is a mint condition 1936 Ford Roadster, a 1989 Chrysler TC by Maserati (this was Chrysler's answer to such cars as the Buick Riatta and the Cadillac Allante; it was built on a modified Dodge Daytona frame but had only a four cylinder 2.2 liter turbo engine but sported plenty of luxury touches such as hand sewn leather seats and in 1989 cost a whopping $89,000), a 1969 Pontiac Grand Prix, an Imperial (when Imperial was its own luxury marque sitting atop the Chrysler hierarchy), a 1986 Dodge Daytona Turbo Z, a 1986 Dodge Shelby Charger (yes, Carol Shelby worked with automakers other than Ford), a Chevy Corvette, a 1970 Chevelle, and a 1968 Plymouth Road Runner.
