Following World War II the automobile industry took off. Sales were brisk as the economy picked up and was fueled by all of the returning G.I.s. Atop the sale leader board was Chevrolet. They offered a number of versions of their banner car, the Bel Air. A number of them from the mid-1950s were on hand for the 8th Annual Bryson's Car Show including a rarely seen 1954 model. But it was the famed "tri-fives" from 1955, 1956, and 1957 and rounded out the collection of "Bow Tie" gems. Here are some that were in the lot that day.
