There
are always the usual suspects at a car show, those marques you can count on to
be out in force. Most of these are cars that hold some special meaning to the
owner. Perhaps it was a car they had when they were young or it was a car owned
by a family member or neighbor, perhaps a close friend, which sparked their
interest in some way.
The
Chevrolet Camaro is one of these cars. It was such an amazing ride when it was
introduced in Sept. 1966 to take on the hugely popular Ford Mustang. In all in
incarnations this car has withstood the test of time and continues to roll down
streets and highways with the look of a champion. So it is little wonder that
the Camaros were well represented at the Sharonville Chamber of Commerce
Classic Car Show.
