Communist Era Cars

Generally when those of us in the States think of cars we tend to think of the metal that rolled out of Detroit or cool rides that came from Europe or the sporty compacts from Japan. Over the years, though, there were a lot of cars that were manufactured in Eastern Europe. Here is a link to a list of some of those cars. In reading through this it is obvious that the author was not a fan of these vehicles. I would suggest that if one or more of these cars catches your eye then you could do a little research and find out more about it. Had you heard of any of these before seeing the list?
