The 11th Annual Dayton Concours d'Elegance had a special class to highlight the evolution of Japanese Sports Cars and it did so brilliantly. The class included a pair of 1972 Datsun 240 Z gems similar to the one owned by my uncle who one time threw me the keys and said, "You pay for any tickets you get," a 1992 Acura NSX, a 1974 Toyota Celica GT Coupe, a 1966 Honda S 600, a 1995 Toyota Supra, and a 2001 Honda S2000.
