For more than a decade the Ford Falcon was a strong seller in the compact car market, topping entries from both Chrysler and General Motors. While its direct successor was the Maverick (of which I'm a bit fond as that was one of the cars I drove in high school), the Falcon is perhaps best known for donating many parts toward the development of the Mustang.
At the Pumpkin Run Nationals the Falcon is so popular that they have their own special area apart from the other Blue Oval automobiles. Called Falcon Way, it is usually filled to capacity. That was the cast this past year as well. Here are some of the Falcons that were on display at last year's Falcon Way.
