Mercurys At the Pumpkin Run

In 1938 Edsel Ford created the Mercury Division of the Ford Motor Company so as to bridge the gap between the low cost Fords and the luxury Lincolns. Over its 82 year existence it created and brought out many fantastic automobiles, many that are highly sought after collectables today. The Annual Pumpkin Run Nationals always draws a fine collection of Mercury automobiles. Here are some of the many that were at this past year's event. Among them is a 1948 Mercury Eight, a Cyclone, a Comet, a slightly customized 1951, and a pair of Cougars.
