Back Home For the Untouchables

This year's City of Blue Ash and Untouchables Classic Car Club Classic Car Show was once again held at Oakwood Park and the Hazelwood Community Center. This had been the home for this show, now in its 15th year, until a few years ago. The show was put on hold due to the Covid pandemic and then had to be moved as the park underwent some renovations. This year the park was back open and the show went on like old times. And like old times it drew a number of very cool automobiles. Among them was this 1949 Ford Custom that isn't completely original (the owner all but whispered that it has a bumper from a 1950 Custom among other modest modifications). Also on display was a custom Chevy Impala, a Chevelle in the Malibu trim (yes, that's really where the Malibu came from as a trim line for Chevelle), a 1953 F-100 pick up truck, an all but new Camaro, a 1957 Bel Air, and a 1955 Bel Air station wagon.
