Mercury Sped Into the Pumpkin Run

When a car show attracts around 2500 vehicles there is going to be a pretty good variety on hand. When that show limits entrants to cars and trucks from 1974 and before, there are bound to be a number of orphan makes. That's exactly how the Pumpkin Run Nationals operates. Sponsored by the Fastiques Rod and Custom Car Club and held at the Clermont County Fair Grounds, this year's Pumpkin Run saw a good gathering of Mercury vehicles. Among them was this 1941 coupe. Also on display was a pair of near identical Comets, a Meteor, and a 1948 Mercury Eight convertible.
