The 10th Annual Dayton Concours d'Elegance was held recently under near perfect conditions. Above average temperatures and a brilliant blue sky greeted car enthusiasts who poured into Carillon Historical Park to see over 200 historical vehicles.
As part of the 10th year celebration, organizers brought back a number of past class winners to be shown once again. Among those returning winners was a 1957 Aston-Martin DB 2/4 Mk III, a 1949 Alfa Romeo 6C2500 SWB Cabriolet, a 1972 All America Racers Eagle which was driven at Indy by both Mark Donohue and Rick Mears, a 1928 Auburn 8-88 Speedster, a 1966 Chevrolet Corvette, and a 1956 Packard 400.
