One of the featured marquees at this year's Dayton Concours d'Elegance was a tribute to the cars from France. Many Americans do not have much knowledge of the rich history that is the French automobile industry. And so the organizers at this year's concours brought in an excellent collection including a 1935 Bugatti Type 57 Binder coupe, a 1961 Facel Vega Facillia, a 1964 Renault Dauphine, a 1971 Citroen DS-21, a 1929 Bugatti Type 35 B that possessed a vast racing heritage, a 1950 Simca 8, and a 1972 Citroen SM sports model.
