Great Britain has a rich tradition when it comes to transportation, having produced some of the world's most iconic automobiles. It's little wonder, then, that there is a a museum dedicated to British transportation. What is surprising though, is that the museum is located in Dayton, OH. The British Transportation Museum (https://www.britishtransportationmuseum.org/) is a 501 c3 all volunteer operation dedicated to educating people about the history of British automobiles. While it is set up more like a warehouse than a fancy museum, the contents are extremely impressive, featuring automobiles many may be familiar with and many others they may have never seen before. For the next seven posts I'll be showing some of the cars that are on display, including a 1967 Rover TC, a 1987 Jaguar XJ6, a 1972 XJ6, a 1960 Morris Oxford, a Jag X Type, and what I believe is a Humbler Imperial.
