In the pre-war years Ford easily dominated the American automobile market, outselling all of its competition. Following World War II, though, Chevrolet became the country's biggest manufacturer. While a large number of vehicles that show up for old car events generally come from the 1950s into the 1980s, it's little surprise that there are more Chevy cars and trucks than any other single manufacturer. That was true for the 9th Crusin' To a Cure For ALS show in Lawrenceburg earlier this month. Among the Chevys on display was a Camaro, an El Camino, an Impala, a Citation (yes, one that is still running), another El Camino, a Chevelle, yet another El Camino, and another Camaro.
