Porsche and Volkswagen have a long history that is inked. As most people know it was Ferdinand Porsche that developed the iconic VW Beetle. When Porsche was looking for a new entry level car and VW wanted a halo model it's little wonder the two worked together and developed what would become the 914. The original plan was to sell it as a VW in Europe and a Porsche in the USA. Things didn't quite work out and the 914 was all Porsche. There were quite a few of this mid engine two seater on hand at the Porsche/VW Family Reunion. Here are some of them.
