Chevrolet introduced the mid sized Chevelle in 1964 and ran through three generations until it ceased production after the 1978 model year. The Super Sport trim, as seen here, was GM and Chevy's entry into the muscle car fray. Since it was essentially built as a family car that meant that there were plenty of Chevelles around and so you tend to see quite a few at car shows and events. That was very true for the 6th Cruisin' To A Cure For ALS show in Lawrenceburg this past spring. Here are just a few that were on hand.
Whether they're the great classics, ultimate collectors, overlooked and forgotten, or even brand new cars I want to talk about them. Feel free to leave a comment or, better yet, drop me an email at turnerbudds@yahoo.com.

Lawrenceburg Saw Plenty of Chevelles
