The car show that used to be held in Covington's MainStrasse Village was popular for many reasons. The setting, beautiful MainStrasse Village provided a lovely, tree lined venue with plenty of shade and since it was a destination there were plenty of nice restaurants and shops to explore. But the main reason is that it brought in so many cool and varied vehicles. Some of those that showed at the event before it fell victim to the Covid pandemic included a slightly modified Volkswagen Beetle, a souped up Chevy Chevelle, a Malibu, another Beetle, a Chevy II, a Pontiac Le Mans, a Camaro Z-28, and a 1963 Ford Falcon.
