The Down Town Throwdown was held in Batavia as a way to benefit the Southwest Ohio VFW Memorial Team, a volunteer organization that tends to the graves of service men and women who have passed. This past year's event brought out about 90 cars and trucks and included a 1969 Chevy Chevelle, a 1971 Chevelle, a Dodge Dart Swinger, a 1997 BMW Z3, an Oldsmobile 442, a Buick Gran Sport convertible, and a 1941 Mercury Eight.
Whether they're the great classics, ultimate collectors, overlooked and forgotten, or even brand new cars I want to talk about them. Feel free to leave a comment or, better yet, drop me an email at turnerbudds@yahoo.com.
