The annual Pumpkin Run Nationals is a massive old car event created to raise funds for a number of charities, especially the Shriner's Children's Hospital which has been able to collect over $1.4 million over the years. But in addition various other charities such as the local Masons and Lions Club as well as the Northwest Clermont Schools also benefit. It's easy to see how much is raised when around 2500 cars and trucks, all from 1974 or older, roll into the Clermont County Fair Grounds for the event. A large number of those cars wear the Ford emblem and there were plenty on hand for the 47th annual event. Among them was a 1966 Fairlane, a 1967 Fairlane, a Customline, a 1960 Starliner, a 1937 Deluxe Coupe, a Bronco, and a Victoria station wagon that has seen its share of wear.
