Over the years it seems that more and more people in the old car hobby are picking up and preserving trucks. Back when most of these trucks came out they were, unlike today, work vehicles and most got worked to death. But today more and more are showing up at car shows across the country. The 34th Rollin' On the River Charity Car Show held in Fernbank Park in Delhi saw a number of trucks take part. Among them was a full size GMC pick up, a 1974 GMC Eleganza II camper van, a Chevrolet custom 10 pick up, a 1949 Chevy pick up, a well worn GMC pick up, a 1951 Ford F-10 pick up, and a Studebaker truck.
Whether they're the great classics, ultimate collectors, overlooked and forgotten, or even brand new cars I want to talk about them. Feel free to leave a comment or, better yet, drop me an email at turnerbudds@yahoo.com.
