We often think that it was Henry Ford who mobilized the nation but there were a large number of automobiles being made leading up to World War II. Scores of companies were turning out amazing cars both expensive luxury models and more affordable family autos. The 37th Annual Ault Park Concours d'Elegance featured a number of these great classics, including several Packards such as this 1942 Packard Victoria Darrin Convertible.
Also on display were a 1937 Packard Twelve Touring Sedan, a 1940 Packard Super 8 Club Sedan, a 1937 Packard 1508 Convertible Sedan, 1946 Packard Super 8 Seven Passenger Sedan, a 1935 Auburn SC Cabriolet, 1938 BMW 327/328 Cabriolet, 1936 Pierce-Arrow 1601 Five Passenger Trouring, a 1938 Buick Series 40 Sport Sedan, a 1935 Dodge Rumble Seat Convertible, and a 1932 Nash 1073 Convertible Sedan.
