Vintage Cars at Keeneland

The 14th Annual Keeneland Concours d'Elegance was held in near perfect weather and the cars, as seen in the Vintage Class, were just as perfect. One of them was this 1934 Ford Cabriolet, one of less than 40 believed to still exist in stock form.
There was also this 1931 Plymouth PA on the lawn. This car was purchased and restored by the current owner's grandfather in 1956.
There was a 1936 Ford Phaeton which was only made during this model year. Originally the car cost $500 and it spent a good deal of its life in Hawaii.
There were a pair of quite rare Nationals on display, each with a bit of a racing history.
This class also featured a 1934 Plymouth PE Business Coupe that was innovative for its time, boasting an independent front suspension and four wheel hydraulic brakes.
The field also included a beautiful 1928 Hupmobile E-4 which is believed to be one of only eight still remaining.
The Best in Class award was given to this 1937 Chrysler Imperial Roadster which was one of only 255 ever built. Only a handful are known to still survive.
Rounding out the field was this 1928 Graham Paige 610. This is a first year example of the cars turned out following the Graham brothers taking over the Paige Detroit Motor Company.
