The park district in my township holds an annual Trunk or Treat event where both kids and cars get dressed up and enjoy the day. This year's event, held a few Saturday's ago, had absolutely perfect weather. In fact, if anything, it was a little too hot with temperatures over 10 degrees above normal. But the sky was a clear blue and everyone had fun. Some of the limited number of cars on display for the event included a beautiful Ford Mustang convertible, a Chevy Nova SS, an old Ford pick-up, a 1961 Chevrolet Impala, a Pontiac convertible, a Volkswagen Beetle made up to look like a lady bug, and a Ford Mustang with a targa top.
