A Show Benefiting Cancer

The Cruise for the Cure has become an annual show benefiting the Cure Starts Now Foundation (https://www.thecurestartsnow.org/) which was founded to fight cancer. It all started when 18-year-old Mt. Saint Joseph basketball freshman Lauren Hill was diagnosed with a rare form of brain cancer. Her life's goal had been to play college basketball and she made national news when she got to play in a game shortly before passing away from a rare form of brain cancer. Since then the foundation has been raising money to find a cure.

The Cruise for the Cure brought in a small group of cars as people were scared off by threatening skies. But in attendance was a beautiful Chevy Camaro, a custom Ford V8, a Chevy Impala, a Chevy pick up, a Monte Carlo, and a well worn Chevy 10 pick up.
