The Last Cars Cruisin' In Lawrenceberg

This year has been chaotic to say the least. The global pandemic caused by Covid 19 has changed the way we do a lot of things, the least of which is enjoy our old cars and trucks. Most events that were scheduled for this year have been canceled, including four Concours d'Elegance events that I had planned to attend. That is in addition to monster regular events such as the Pumpkin Run and our season's opener in Sharonville. Each of those shows regularly draw hundreds of fantastic machines and while it was sad to see them canceled it was surely the smart thing to do.

The 4th Annual Cruisin' For a Cure For ALS was originally scheduled for early in our show season and was postponed until the end of summer. Then precautions were taken to ensure that anyone attending would feel safe. And this brought out a bunch of cool rides, including a 1970 Dodge Challenger, a 1964 Ford Galaxie 500, a 1970 Oldsmobile 442, a Pontiac Trans Am, a Chevy Chevelle, a Ford Bronco, my friend Don's concours quality 1965 Thunderbird, a 1972 Buick Gran Sport, and a 1972 Monte Carlo.
