Going Further Down Monmouth Street

The fact that the City of Newport will shut down their main street for six of more blocks each year to allow for a huge car show is a great gift to those of us in the old car hobby. And it sure attracts a lot of really cool cars such as this 1949 Packard. Also on the street that day was a restomod Chevy sedan, a concours quality 1965 Mercury Comet, a third generation Ford Thunderbird, a beautiful Chevy 10 pick up truck, a Shelby Cobra kit car, a T bucket street rod, a Sunliner, and a Depression Era Ford sedan.
