Corvettes Sailed To Thomas More

 Pretty much every car enthusiast knows the story behind the iconic Chevy Corvette. Introduced in1953, the Vette was going to be the American sports car to fend off the onslaught of European imports. Armed with a 235 cubic inch inline six engine the car had its flaws but saw many of them sorted out over the next few years. The car is now in its eighth generation and practically ever car show has some on hand. The 2nd Lakeside Park Crestview Hills Charity Car Show saw plenty. Here are some that were on display.
