Perfect Weather For a Great Show
Bryson's Auto Repair's 8th Annual Car Show was held in the late spring and it was blessed with an absolutely perfect day. Perhaps that is one reason why about 150 cars and trucks rolled up to the Morrow Art Center to take part and raise money for the Salem Morrow Fire Department. There was food and music and vendors on hand but it was the cars that were the main attraction. That's because they had gems like this 1951 Ford Custom. Also on display was a restomod Ford Fairlane, a Datsun 260Z, a 1959 Fairlane, a 1967 Chevy Chevelle, a Fiat 124 Spyder, and a Nova.

Trucks Came Out To Support the Fire Department
Every old car event is designed to raise money for some worthy charity or other. The Bryson's Auto Repair 8th Annual Car Show was no exception, raising funds for the Salem Morrow Fire Department. The show was held at the Morrow Arts Center under perfect skies in the early spring and attracted around 150 vehicles. Fittingly, a number of those were trucks. In addition to this well restored 1957 Chevy 3100 pick up, there were various trucks by both GMC and Ford on hand. Here are some that were there to support the fire department.

Mustangs Galloped To the Morrow Arts Center For the Bryson's Auto Repair Car Show
With absolutely perfect late spring weather and a very worthy cause, the Bryson's Auto Repair 8th Annual Car Show was a resounding success. About 150 cars and trucks filled the space around the Morrow Arts Center all in support of the Salem Morrow Fire Department. Any show drawing that many vehicles could understandably attract a Ford Mustang or two. There were a nice selection of different generation Mustangs on hand for the event. Here they are.

Bryson Auto Repair 8th Annual Car Show
For the 8th year Bryson Auto Repair held their annual car show. Set on the grounds of the Morrow Arts Center and aided by perfect late spring weather, the show attracted around 150 vehicles. Among them was a very rarely seen 1998 Oldsmobile Aurora which was owned not by the typical old car guy, but by a much younger enthusiast. Also on display was an Olds Holiday, a Chevy Bel Air, a Porsche 944, a Chevy Impala, and a 1970 Buick GS.

Wrapping Up Cruisin' To A Cure For ALS
Today I'm wrapping up the 7th Annual Cruisin' To A Cure For ALS show that is held in downtown Lawrenceberg. This year's event, despite having some shaky weather to begin, managed to raise well in excess of $10,000 for the cause. So what more fitting way to wrap things up than with a post full of customs, hot rods and street rods. As always, feel free to let me know what you think of this post and the show in general either by leaving a comment (no ad, please, they get deleted) or by dropping me an email at turnerbudds@yahoo.com.
