The 8th Annual Cruisin' To A Cure For ALS was held this past weekend and the early threat of rain did nothing to stop folks from turning out. Over 1000 vehicles flooded more than a dozen blocks and numerous parking lots in Lawrenceburg, all to raise money for ALS research. Last year's event raised over $21,000 and the hope was to top that this year. This event draws from all over the region and brings in some very cool vehicles such as a 1968 Mercury Cougar, a 1971 Buick Skylark, a Jeep Jeepster Commando, a Cadillac hearse, a pair of Chevy Corvairs, and a Buick Riviera.
