Mustangs Rode Into Lawrenceburg

In many of those old Western movies the cavalry would ride in to save the day. Well, at the 8th Annual Cruisin' To A Cure For ALS show in Lawrenceburg, it wasn't the cavalry riding in to help but it was a rather large pack of Mustangs. Ford chose the name to honor the P-51 Mustang fighter plane that helped win World War II and in early 1964, when the 1965 model was released, the Mustang became an instant success. Here are some of the Mustangs that were on display for the show.
