A Turnout To Help the Band

Schools use a lot of different types of fundraisers to help various programs and students with their education. When Glen Este High School needed to raise some money to help out their music programs they didn't do a bake sale, they held a car show. With over 100 vehicles showing up it's easy to say that the program raised some funds. Among the cars on display was a unique Laser 917 which is a VW based kit car for a Porsche 917. This version actually swapped out the VW engine for an actual Porsche flat six. Also on display were a Chevy Impala, a Ford Fairlane, a fourth generation Chevy Corvette, a not quite stock Oldsmobile 442, a 1966 Cutlass, a custom El Camino, and a Cutlass convertible.
