The British Transportation Museum Offers Up A Glimpse At the UK Motoring Industry

Nestled in an industrial section of Dayton, OH is an absolute gem for any automobile fan. The British Transportation Museum is a warehouse full of great British automobiles. This not for profit is completely run by volunteers and while it has some of the British cars many of us will occasionally see, it also has many that aren't so common. In fact, this is a pretty good glimpse into the history of the UK's automotive heritage. Among the vehicles on display is a 1950 MG YA Saloon. Though this car was designed in 1939 it didn't go into production until 1947 because of World War II. It was only made through the 1953 model year. Also on display is a MG convertible, a 1938 Vauxhall 14/6, a 1972 MGB GT, a MGB, and a 1939 MG WA.
